In Isaiah, God reminds us that “his ways are not our ways.” Though we may know this intellectually, we have a hard time grasping this truth when God has us going through barren places. In Luke 1:5-25, God give us a clear reminder and encouragement though, that “God accomplishes his plan of salvation through the barren places of our lives.”
