If no one ever told you that you will have moments of feeling DISAPPOINTED as a teacher  then let me be the one to tell you! In this episode I talk about disappointment and how we feel disappointed as a teacher when our expectations don't align with our reality. Throughout the episode, I provide common examples of situations that cause us to feel disappointed.  My hope is that you can recognize these feelings when they happen to you, then brush off the disappointment and get back to being your rockstar teacher self!
