Christmas comes with a long list of expectations: cards, pictures, decorations, meals, and even the weather. Though we are willing to go to great lengths to achieve this “perfect” Christmas, we are often disappointed when these unrealistic expectations aren’t met.

As we move through this season, we will take a deep look at our emotional well-being and learn to lean into the hope of Christ, instead of the hope of a picture-perfect Christmas.
