Many people need help setting up a budget. One of the things that causes the most trouble is the unexpected expense. Rob West and Steve Moore explain that most expenses reallyareexpected. For example, we don’t know when the car is going to break down. But we do know it eventually will! So setting up a budget for car repairs is just a matter of planning ahead. Sometimes things do happen that are far outside of what we would expect. We need to be saving on a regular basis to help cover those expenses.
