In this podcast, Gina shares a Guided Imagery with Bill and our listeners. This is a technique she has been using throughout her practice to help clients achieve a variety of useful results. Bill focused on his recent experiences of athletic competition and training for this, which Guided Imagery can be helpful for. We went on to explore Bill's belief that he needs to put pressure on himself to always be "better", and came to the conclusion that ultimately, we do our best and benefit most from accepting ourselves as we are, rather than pushing ourselves to someone/something we are not.
