Nick played lacrosse goalie at Ursinus College and was Centennial Conference MVP in the Bears first conference title. Elliott and Nick competed against each other all four years at Ursinus for the spot in the cage. They discussed how to coach rather than compete to bring out the best version of themselves and their teammates.
