OREC has been involved in two workforce foresighting cycles so far, both focussing on how to prepare the future workforce in order to help meet upcoming targets for offshore wind.

This episode sees Andrew discuss OREC’s experience of the workforce foresighting process, how they benefitted from it, as well as some of the key findings of the reports.
