In the latest episode of the Flip N' Shift Podcast, my guest is Jennifer Chapman.  Jennifer Chapman survived a stroke in her early 30's.  Jennifer's mom suddenly passed away at the same age due to an allergic reaction. We discussed how her mental health played a big role in her health recovery.  Jennifer became a Life Coach to help other's who have similar stories and is now a public speaker for survivors of Stroke and other heart/brain related conditions.
