Data are limited on the incidence and factors associated with structural valve deterioration (SVD) after transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and surgery for severe aortic stenosis in patients of all risk levels. The lifetime management of these patients requires an understanding of bioprosthetic valve durability and failure.
