Does your athlete play on a team that is filled with conflict? Don't panic. When I look back to most of the teams I have played on, none were perfect. But, I learned the most from the teams that were filled with conflict, weak links and frustration.

My years as an athlete were full of ups and down but my experience on different teams helped me understand one simple fact. You can’t achieve a big goal by yourself. Teamwork is the key to success on and off the court.
