On today’s show, we have Dr. Bala Shetty. Dr. Shetty has been teaching at Texas A&M for more than 35 years! During his tenure at Texas A&M, Dr. Shetty has held several senior leadership positions including, but not limited to Head of the Department of Information and Operations Management and Executive Associate Dean of for Mays Business School. Among a long list of awards, Dr. Shetty has received the EMBA Outstanding Faculty Award (2008, 2014, 2017), PMBA Outstanding Faculty Award (2014, 2015, 2017), and MBA Outstanding Faculty Award (1998, 2000, 2001, and 2005).
