This was a hard episode to title because Rosie and I had such a delightful conversation about many topics. We started out talking about Rosie's spiritual journey from a dysfunctional family, to becoming a counselor for addiction, to then becoming a transformational life coach. We moved onto talking about the importance of finding a bigger container after awakening to help with understanding whether through a teacher or book(s). We discussed how to "be" in hard times, the journey of "knowing," and the exploration of the self.
