A report on the status of Hispanics in the region shows that individuals of working age are underrepresented in high wage jobs and overrepresented in fields such as farming, food preparation, and serving. We discuss the report and its implications with Mark Mone, chancellor of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee; Raquel Filmanowicz, board chair of the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee; and Kim Schultz, director of strategic partnerships for the organization.
