Growing up, Florence "Florie" Greenhill felt caught between different identities as a biracial person. This led her to research multi-racial identities in her master's program in the Diederich College of Communication. She has used what she learns in the classroom and her own life experience to help students in roles in admissions and the Educational Opportunity Program.
