Adeola Balogun, the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of LimLim Foods Production Company, is a chartered accountant with a passion for driving innovation, change, food, and security in the agricultural food processing value chain in Africa. With the mission to help reduce post-harvest losses in Nigeria by partnering with the right stakeholders, helping to build sustainable agricultural food processing businesses, and providing knowledge and guidance to new entries in the industry.

She started with dried bananas, which she turned into powders and chips. Today, the product can be used across many industries, such as cereals, baby food, confectionaries, drinks, smoothie makers, and yoghurt makers.

Balogun has done a lot of research and identified countries where they can get the machines. She has been to Dubai, India, and other countries to get the machines.

She has also launched certain products, such as a ready-to-drink pepper soup in a sachet, which take away 99% of the moisture while keeping the product structure intact and the nutrients intact.
