Often, it is clear what needs to happen to shift our relationship with food to be more intuitive, but our relationship with activity remains fraught and confusing. We still think of exercise as a necessary evil, something we must do to be healthy but we'd so much rather avoid altogether. Thankfully, when we establish trust and respect with our body, our approach to movement can be much more balanced and intuitive, honoring what we know about our body and what it might need at any given time.
