Make life your playground, not your battlefield. ~Ormond McGill~

Your life can either be a highway, one-way lane, or sandbox. You can choose how small or big you want to play in this game of life. Recently, I was thinking about how life can be a playground where we all have the option to explore the fun, but many of us go straight to the sandbox and sit in the four walls of the square never choosing to take a risk. We often let fear, stagnancy, and complacency keep us playing small in life, but what if we explore all the opportunities life offers? We will understand life is expansive and not short at all.

In this episode, I discuss the analogy of life being a playground, how to explore it, and how to let go of the idea that life is short.
