Hi. I'm Jenny Dilts and I LOVE grief!
Most give me a really strange look and run the opposite direction when they hear this. There are some who get a little curious and lean in. And fewer, totally getting it, rush in for an embrace.
My passion is accompanying struggling people in their grief journeys as they convert grief into growth. I love guiding them to find long-lasting growth from their experiences without judgment, expectations, or despair.
I also host a podcast, Share Your Story: Exploring humanity one heart at a time. On my show my guests and I dive deeply into real-life examples of what this conversion process can look like.
Above all, I am a wife and mom to some of the best humans I know. My husband makes computer games for a living and my 6 kids range in ages from 16 years-2 months.
