During an earlier segment, we looked at the dynamic relationship between Ruth and her mother-in-law, Naomi.  This broadcast --- Tuesday, November 22nd at 3:30 pm, PST --- will focus on Peter's mother-in-law, for further insight into the blessings a mother-in-law can bring her family.

Too often, our society scorns mother-in-laws.  At times, the negative descriptions are the result of actions that seem self-imposed and, perhaps, well deserved.  Yet, these connotations have come to be the expected and, as such, are unfairly attached to far too many.  Like every other relationship, a mother-in-law is one to work on and with.  

Although we do not know her name or much about her, Peter's mother-in-law and her relationships with those around her, including Jesus, will (hopefully) infuse us with renewed commitment to all of our relationships, beyond in-laws.
