Yakov is a dad, personal development junkie, excel ninja, tech executive, racer, and as of 2022, a full-time real estate investor. He started investing in the GTA in 2019 and currently has a portfolio valued at over $5M. While at the beginning of his journey he was focused on converting single-family homes to triplexes, he has now set his goals on bigger projects. In the last 6 months, he has initiated two major industrial projects with a final value worth an estimated $40M and continues to scale aggressively and take advantage of the volatility in the real estate markets.
