We all have different voices in our head – a shamer, an inner critic, maybe even a dreamer – following us through life and giving their two cents on our every move. Let’s call them our inner team.

Our instinct is to squash these team members. But what would be possible if we took the time to get to know them instead?  What is the wisdom they hold? How can we work with these team members now?

We create these team members somewhere along our journey in order to protect ourselves. And while we might not need them to do that anymore, we can still source their wisdom in ways that serve our leadership now.
