Due to systemic racism minorities have been deprived of exposure to many different skills, experiences, and opportunities in life which is a reflection of what business and lifestyles that we choose to live. As some of us make it out we need to do a better job of reaching back and giving that same level of exposure to other minority children so that some of their dreams aren't deferred at a young age. You can be a millionaire, the president of the USA, a banker, a CEO it's all very possible.
