We are all creatures of habit and take the path of least resistance to conserve energy. Even if we desire to change and are aware of our shortcomings, it takes a lot of consistent effort to reprogram ourselves and adopt new habits that suit our new pursuits. It's tough to break our current programming loops if everything else in our lives is supporting that programming. 🔁

How are you investing your time? Most people underestimate the time they have. We say we don't have time or we're busy, but it comes down to a matter of values, time management, and discipline. Do that thing you've been wanting to do. YOU HAVE THE TIME. REALLOCATE AND INVEST IT.
