What is "freedom of expression"? In this episode, Herman speaks with Professor Jamie Cameron, a professor emerita at Osgoode Hall Law School and a constitutional scholar who works for the Centre for Free Expression. Prof. Cameron explores Section 2(b) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, how expression is exercised within the digital media landscape, and the differences between Canadian and American legal conceptions of this ideal.
