As an OVERTHINKER and INTROVERT I struggle a lot with sharing my thoughts and setting them free of my head , they’re stuck most of times in my head, so I said why not talking in a podcast and sharing my thoughts , beliefs , advice , experiences , facts , theories and specially psychology and mental health , that means it would not be a specific content or specific topics you know , it’s gonna be funny and helpful at the same time .
