Telstra's boss, Andy Penn, says he supports the NBN's decision to delay its rollout of the HFC network while it resolves technical problems leading to internet dropouts. He also conceded the delay will hit Telstra's bottom line but wouldn't confirm whether the all important dividend will be cut.
