Declaring an Innovation Nation was one of Malcom Tunrnbull's first acts as Prime Minister. Venture Capitalist Bill Ferris was appointed as innovation csar and commissioned to create a blueprint for the future. He's now calling on the Prime Minister to back the blueprint.
