A listener told me she feels that it's a waste of time to extend love to people who are toxic. I disagree. It is a good use of time in my opinion to be a role model of right action. It is a good use of time in my opinion to have compassion for all creatures on the planet. Perhaps more importantly: when we extend love to others, we are simultaneously loving and healing ourselves.
