It's Matt's Birthday! But he doesn't generally openly share that information. Why? Well because the way we treat people as extra special on their birthday is how we should be treating people every day. 

Including our kids. He doesn't mean celebrating with a cake every day. We need to continually make sure our children know that they are loved, and being and feeling loved might mean different things for every child.
