Howdy everyone, I hope you're all having a nice Monday and I hope you all had a great weekend.

It's been a couple weeks since I picked up the mic, I've been a bit under the weather, missed some work and footy so apologies for my absence.

A nice little recap episode today of what I have been up to the past couple of weeks. An AFL debut, nearly making my own footy comeback and also attended a significant event in Port Augusta to watch a great mate share his powerful story.
