I explain Lucid Dreaming and give examples of different forms. I explain what happened to me on July 19th 2021. This was a dream that had so much information I did not have time to decipher it all. I explain that in my dream found myself in a large cave with many colors. I was with many extraterrestrial human  beings. All information was given to me direct from mind to mind which is called Telepathy. I have had this ability since I was a child so not something new for me. The humanoid told me I could not be their without a suit. I looked down and found myself in a silver thin suit made of metal/fabric. I was not afraid of the beings and only one was giving me all this information about several subjects such as earth changes, governmental political powers and much more. I have had many downloads of extraterrestrial information in the past but never by a being before me.

I speak about the many deaths and many suffering in the near future. I request that you not fear but prepare for the up coming changes.
