Exercise Essential #3 is to emphasize tension where exercises are hardest. All of the essentials build off of one another, but this episode really builds off of Essential #2 so make sure you go back and listen to that episode! We can accomplish this essential through manipulating 1) exercise tempo and 2) the resistance profile of an exercise.
