Exercise Essential #3 is to emphasize tension where exercises are hardest. All of the essentials build off of one another, but this episode really builds off of Essential #2 so make sure you go back and listen to that episode! We can accomplish this essential through manipulating 1) exercise tempo and 2) the resistance profile of an exercise. Once we learn how to do that, we have to OWN IT; hence the episode name for today :)
