The Markets didn't like the fake cut rates by .25%.
oil markets took a hit as well as the Emerging Markets especially China and Mexico, FXI & EWW.
make sure your trades are small this week. And look for Steep replacements to get long. Going half cash is not a bad idea. Which out for those dividend paying ETFs.
