Jerusalem believed the city walls would protect them.
But God said the city was not a shelter… it was a boiling pot.

The people inside were like meat slowly cooking — not destroyed suddenly, but judged after many ignored warnings.

This vision in Ezekiel 24 shows a serious truth:
God’s patience is long, but not endless.

When people refuse correction again and again, protection can turn into punishment.
