Ezra and Nehemiah tell the story of Israel’s return from Babylonian exile and resettlement in the land. Ezra focuses on the rebuilding of the temple, while Nehemiah focuses on the rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem. God always provides a remnant of hope for His chosen people.
