When the children of Israel returned from exile in Babylon and Persia, they had to rebuild their homes, rebuild Jerusalem, and rebuild their Temple.  While men with hammers could restore buildings, who could repair the hearts of the people and reinstate the Law of God.  Only a priest with fire in his bones and a zealous heart.
