This is my first nu disco, soul & soulful house & funk inspired mix for 2026, as a matter fact in a very long time. I have realised that i have neglected the genre for quite some time focusing on too many things at one time. I found some beauties that i had to put into play & i genuinely enjoyed it as i always have. I will be playing nu disco & disco as much as i can and try to spread my focus on a few of my other fave genres of house as well. I feel that i come full circle in terms of music, i played loads of different sub genres but this nu disco & soul still struck a nerve. It still brings the human side to dance music. Unmistakable vocals and incredible remakes of what is arguably some of the best songs of days gone by. This is a new new chapter and brand new beginnings for myself in 2026, bringing back my love for the unmistakable sounds of nu disco. It will of course be in variation. It's what the mood is for the week, it will be a throw of the dice proverbially speaking.
