i just wanted to know where my art blades were because not knowing made me anxious but also i wanted to have fun with that anxiety and instead he tricked me into this, that’s the version of the story i’m currently starting to tell myself and i know it’s not true but it hurts and i could use a good release valve and that motherfucker is a shrink he knew that and he’s making me dance like the master of puppets pullin straaaaaangs, holy shit metallica is such a great pin i hope i get to play one before i die of this terrible virus as i simultaneously participate in the mass delusion that it doesn’t exist and ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHERE MY ART BLADES ARE, FLIPNOUT PINBALL SUCKS ASS EVERYBODY GO BUY KANEDA SHIRTS INSTEAD BECAUSE HE SOUNDS LIKE HE’S HAVING A PRETTY HARD TIME TOO see it just goes around in a constant circle like the loop on lethal weapon 3 and whoever could make data east reproductions happen could control the earth anyway goodbye forever zach meny is trash just like zach morris also a saved by the bell would never work as a pin because the iconic moments all happened in tiny rooms and making things look tiny when they’re really not is really fucking hard so give pat lawlor a break for taking JUST A LITTLE WHILE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PIN THAT MIGHT BE THE VERY LAST ONE HE EVER FINISHES TO HIS COMPLETE SATISFACTION AND I BET HE’S ACTUALLY KIND OF BUMMED BECAUSE HE’S SO READY FOR THE WORLD TO SEE IT NOW AND THEY CANT MAKE THE STUPID GAMES FAST ENOUGH OH GOD IH GOD OH GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE........... it’s okay pat, i got your back, lemme do a little song and dance for em. plus road kings is the best game ever made and you know it, because you owe part of who you are today because you ripped that game apart to make banzai run, so you’re nobody special plus if you like mark ritchie so much, imagine how HE must be feeling right now after suddenly seeing brian eddy’s most recent submission to modern pinball be hailed as the third coming of space shuttle, what if his game flops? at least people loved wonka and even fuckin dialed in which you yourself didn’t even think would be popular, and here i am trying to find one for under $7k because i’ve never shot dialed in and i’ve wanted to since 2018 and that was one of the top five reasons i was most disappointed when TPF was canceled (besides play lebowski, sorry but you’re right, licenses sell otherwise unremarkable machines.) plus, you’ve just started working with a man who knows how to make a fun game out of any license, even fuckin rah rah rollergames rollergames and now the song is stuck in your head hahahahaa i got you good............... meanwhile, tucked away in his office, dwight’s secretly living his own fantasy and having the time of his life because he figured all this shit out years ago and just laughed as he banged out some of the most fun games of the last 40 years time after time after time after time. that’s why dwight’s the only actual genius among us, heyoooooo that’s a callback which is also a callback to a callback callback and possibly the only two people in the world who get that joke are 100% laughing their butts off right now
