Michelle Norton became F1 in Schools Royalty when she became a World Champion in 2012. Since leaving school, Michelle's career journey started by completing a Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Australia Defence Force Academy (ADFA) which lead into a leadership role at Thales in Sydney.
