Negative reviews, comments, and people are unfortunately part of everyday business.  They are certainly part of online businesses.  In this show I discuss how to handle negative reviews and comments.  It’s really important to handle negative comments and people with class and composure.  There is no victory in fighting with somebody on the internet.  You must also have the mindset that no matter how good/nice you are, there will be negative people and you can’t let it bother you.
