I'm in a mastermind group and one of the guys brought up the new branding they've done on their new website, spending tons of money, having a new sales process and the whole work. It's been a couple of months but they're not getting any traction and thinks the salespeople aren't doing a good job.
So I asked some questions to dig into this:
When you release a new website or have a new brand or new sales, there are lots of places that this could be faulty and how you know where the problem is could be fascinating.
Ultimately, we discovered that the problem was not getting enough qualified sales leads coming in because they didn't have enough business development time set aside to go out and acquire these things.
