Guest Intro: This is my first duo interview and I can't tell you how excited how I am to have the Merrymaker Sisters, Carla and Emma, on the show. They're actually the first two people that I've met on the Tropical Think Tank conference.

They're passionate entrepreneurs, health and fitness advocates, and health coaches. They have a massive reach of over 200,000 people every month with real food recipes, positive mindset advice, and ways to help you find and follow your bliss. That sounds like something I need.

Throughout their merrymaking journey, they published a healthy cookbook, Make It Merry: A Healthy Cookbook, created a merrymaking club, an online community membership that makes healthy living, podcast hosts of the #MERRYBIZ, where they inspire thousands to live their best life, and they've partnered with some really cool international brands like Reebok, Microsoft, Fitness First, and they inspire like-minded people to get together.
