Found a 2019 gem when I worked for a tyrant of a boss...before he left the command we reconciled and he gave me his old rank when he got promoted and I am currently wearing those ranks! 

The key was persistence and perseverance. I prayed for him and did not judge him. My heart broke for him and it changed my heart.
