In this final episode for 2018, I share a very personal reflection and my lessons learned around my word. The value of my word and how keeping it to others and to myself contributes to or detracts from my sense of being and my purpose.

Additionally, this episode addresses how focusing on the wrong "competition" can be distracting and lead us in the wrong direction and makes the case that focusing on the right "competition" offers an opportunity to head in the right direction.
