I read this book and love this advice, humor, and down to earth way of telling us how to age well. Women need to feel fabulous as they are aging or going through trials of life. Ms. Terry uses examples of real women whom she has encountered and expresses how they have overcome some difficulties and still dream big, but some need additional encouragement to strive. This is a good reading for all ages. I found myself thinking better about life, my situation, and just wanting to feel good. Share this book with friends. I bought my mother who is 79 years old the audio tape!

I MYSELF, A MAN OVER FORTY PURCHASED AND FEED THIS BOOK IS ALSO GOOD HELP FOR US MEN OVER FORTY. IT GAVE ME A BRAND NEW INSIGHT INTO THE CHANGE WE ALL FACE AS WE GET OLDER. MRS. TERRY BOOK HELP YOU TAKE A SECOND LOOK AT HOW ONE SEE AND FEEL ABOUT ONESELF AND THE PEOPLE AROUND THEM. THIS BOOK WILL GIVE YOU THAT NEW INSIGHT THAT ONE NEED TO BRING OUT THE BEST FROM THAT PERSON IN THE MIRROW. IT IS INFORMATIVE, ENTERTAINING, AND VERY EASY TO READ. I COMMEND MRS. TERRY FOR A SUPER BOOK FOR THIS NEW WORLD WE NOW LIVE IN. MELVIN
