Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.92 Face it
Handled this week a little better both emotionally and mentally it was still a bit difficult, but I maintained. this work week was not as annoying as usual, but still had some bumps in the road. The more I reduce my emotions as it results in my overall actions the clearer it gets. While meditating this week a sad realization hit me, I have allowed myself to be too many people's anchors while not having my own. I’ve allowed people to count on me, allowed myself to be their safety through whatever situation they are going through and when it goes bad I pour into them still no questions asked giving all of me even the portion that belongs to me. That is a hard reality to come to. Because either people don’t understand how that feels OR they don’t care about you for real. I don’t ask for help from anyone I figure it out, and if I can’t figure it out It ain't for me. The more I try to heal my trust issues more things pop up
