Avoiding our fears fuels our anxiety. Facing our fears with God guards our hearts and our minds. Anxiety is everywhere - in our homes, our conversations, our kids, at work, the news. Many experts say we are living in an age defined by anxiety. It may be pervasive, but it isn't new and scripture is not silent on the subject. Anxiety thrives in silence and avoidance, so it's time to talk about it!
