Fine Artist, Pavel Sokov joins Face the Truth this week for a great talk about his life as an artist, from student into a professional, starting off in illustration, then leaving illustration behind to pursue his passion and dream of making it as a fine artist!

Pavel Sokov's work can be described as impressionistic realism. Specializing in oil painting, he began at the age of 7 and started selling commission portraits at 17. When he was 24 years old, Sokov was approached by Time Magazine to paint the cover of the Time's illustrious Person of the Year edition. Pavel Sokov's work has been featured in many publications and has won several awards, including Circle Foundation's Artist of the Year Award, Oil Painters of America's President's Award of Excellence,and NOAPS' Best Figure Painting Award. Through working with Time Magazine, the Bahrain Royal Family, Saudi Royal family, the Jordan Royal Family, Fortune 500 Companies and well known entrepreneurs, his work is found in collections across the world.
