Many people are content to simply avoid the things that they are afraid of, being free from the symptoms of it, rather then to face the thing that causes their heart to beat faster, and their palms to sweat. But God is not content with His children living with unchecked and unchallenged fear. He wants to empower us to face down what has so long kept us bound with intimidation. If you will face what you fear, it will lose its power and disappear.
