Alicia is a storyteller at heart having had various roles as a senior media leader for ABC, NBC, Oxygen, CNN and PBS. She worked on the inaugural season of African-American Lives for PBS and was a part of Soledad O'Brien's In America documentary unit as a Senior Producer. She is also a 2015 Nieman fellow at Harvard University.
